Pick your goal, pick who's applying — your official government fee appears instantly. Individual, startup and small-enterprise rates included. No email, no sign-up.
The government filing fee is ₹4,500 (e-filing) for an individual, startup or small enterprise, and ₹9,000 for any other applicant, charged per class and per mark. That is the fee to file Form TM-A; if the mark is opposed or objected to, further fees follow. Professional fees for search, filing and prosecution are separate.
Yes — an individual, a DPIIT-recognised startup or a small enterprise pays ₹4,500 to file, against ₹9,000 for companies and other applicants — half the fee. The reduced rate also applies to expedited processing (₹20,000 vs ₹40,000). If a large entity is a joint applicant, the higher rate applies to the whole application.
₹9,000 per class (e-filing) every ten years under Form TM-R. If you renew after expiry, a surcharge applies — ₹4,500 on top for renewal with surcharge, or ₹9,000 on top for renewal with restoration under sections 25(3) and 25(4).
Expedited processing under rule 34 is ₹20,000 for individuals, startups and small enterprises, and ₹40,000 for other applicants, per class and per mark. It is e-filing only. A separate expedited search-and-certificate request under rule 22(3) costs ₹30,000.
